CANCELLATION POLICY

By paying my Booking Invoice, I agree to chat additional details if necessary then pay the total invoiced Experience Fee to secure my Preferred Date(s) / Booking Confirmation. Please Note: Summer is "Montana Busy Season." Because many dates book months in advance, any Cancelled Date is considered a lost earning opportunity. Therefore, a 10% Booking Fee is retained for ALL Cancellations. 90% Refund if cancelled within 72hrs of scheduled meeting time. 50% within 48hrs. No other refunds issued. I also acknowledge that this is Montana so we go no matter what the wacky weather or grizzly bears are doing! And I am willing to receive Additional Information, Booking Confirmation, Experience Details, Liability Release Links & Invoice(s) via email or SMS Text.
